About this workshop

A CEOs Perspective of Risk Management. My journey from risk manager to CEO involved a lot of learning. Not least of all, what is important to the C-Suite and shareholders; and what isn't. As risk managers we spend a lot of our time on risk frameworks, assessments, tools, and the like. A clever risk treatment plan is a beautiful thing. But as I discovered as CEO of a $30 million company, even I, a professional risk manager for many years, didn't care about most of that. So what do CEOs really care about? Tune in to find out.
